What do I get without paying anything extra?

CRM, Calendar, Tasks and Inventory come with your account and don't add to the price. The other seven modules are activated separately, from €4 a month.

Can I drop a module if I stop using it?

Yes. You keep access until the end of your current billing period and it doesn't renew after that. Whatever you add is charged on your next invoice.

Does time tracking meet Spain's mandatory working-hours register?

That is what it is built for: a complete, auditable history, with every correction recorded along with who made it, when, and what the previous value was. Managers see and correct their team's hours; everyone else sees their own.

Are the invoices valid for the tax authority?

Sequential numbering with no gaps and one series per document type, taxes broken down by rate plus IRPF and equivalence surcharge, corrective invoices in both forms the law recognises, and documents frozen on issue, ready for Verifactu.

What do I need to create a 360° tour?

A 360° camera (Ricoh Theta, Insta360 or similar) and an internet connection to upload the photos. No special software and no technical knowledge: you upload, connect the scenes and publish.

Is there a free plan?

No. Vecta 360 is a paid product with no free tier. We are in pre-launch, and every plan includes full access to all of each module's features.
